Who are we?
Kingdom Service Providers is a team of experienced Case Managers whose aim is to help end homelessness by providing supportive services to underserved communities in permanent supportive housing. By collaborating with local housing authorities and community agencies, we ensure higher percentages of families have the skills to retain stable and secure housing, making homelessness rare, brief, and a one-time occurrence. At each encounter, Kingdom Service Providers will engage individuals and families in collaborative conversations that explore intrinsic motivation for positive change and problem solving. We believe that the combination of local resources and highlighting unique personal strengths will help any individual to forge personal success.
